Page Hedley
Co-founder & CEO
Page is co-founder and CEO of Guidelight AI Standards. His work over the past decade has focused on navigating the risks and opportunities of advanced AI. He previously served as OpenAI's policy and ethics advisor, a research fellow at Georgetown's Center for Security and Emerging Technology, and AI program director at Longview Philanthropy. He also launched a technology forecasting platform at Georgetown and co-founded the Forecasting Research Institute.
A lawyer by training, Page began his career as a litigator at Williams & Connolly LLP. He graduated magna cum laude from Cornell Law School, where he was editor-in-chief of the Law Review and received the classmate-selected prize for character and academic achievement.

Steven Adler
Co-founder & Chief Scientist
Steven is co-founder and Chief Scientist of Guidelight AI Standards, where he leads the development of our standards and assessments. For nearly a decade, Steven has worked to make the development of powerful AI go better for the world, including at OpenAI, where he worked from 2020 to 2024, leading teams like product safety and dangerous capability evaluations.
Steven is also a Fellow of the Roots of Progress Institute and the author of the newsletter Clear-Eyed AI. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and an AB in Economics from Brown.
